Frequently Asked Questions
How Often Should I Schedule a Tune-Up?
Most vehicles follow the maintenance intervals in the owner’s manual, and major tune-up items commonly range from every 30,000 to 100,000 miles depending on the vehicle and the components involved. We review your manufacturer’s maintenance schedule, current mileage, and driving habits, then recommend a service plan that fits how you actually use your car.
What Is Included in a Tune-Up at Your Shop?
Our ASE-certified technicians tailor the service to your vehicle rather than applying a fixed package. A Tune-Up typically includes inspection of ignition components, air and cabin filters, fluid levels and condition, belts and hoses, and a computer diagnostic scan. We use manufacturer-quality equipment throughout, and our free Digital Vehicle Inspection provides actual photos of findings so you can see exactly what we see. Qualifying work is covered by the Nice Difference Warranty for 3 years or 36,000 miles on parts and labor.
Can Your Team Tell Me What My Car Needs Before Doing Any Work?
Yes, and that’s central to how we serve you. We start with the Digital Vehicle Inspection and diagnostics, then walk through findings and your options in plain language. No maintenance or repairs move forward without your approval, so you stay in control of every decision.
How Long Will My Maintenance Visit Usually Take?
Timing depends on the specific services and your vehicle, but we discuss expected time frames when you schedule and again at drop-off. Routine maintenance is often completed the same day. If the work will take longer, we’ll communicate that clearly and offer our complimentary shuttle service so you can get on with your day.
Do Your Tune-Up Services Come with a Warranty?
Qualifying Tune-Up and maintenance services are backed by the Nice Difference Warranty, which covers parts and labor for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs last. We explain the specific coverage details for your visit before work begins, so you know exactly what protection you have going in.
