What to Expect During Your Auto Repair Visit
Each visit centers on the concern you describe, what our evaluation reveals, and the work you choose to authorize.
1. Tell Us What You’ve Noticed
Share any symptoms, warning lights, recent changes, and relevant maintenance history. These details help our technicians determine where the inspection or diagnostic process should begin.
2. Review the Findings
After completing the agreed evaluation, we review the Digital Vehicle Inspection and any applicable photos with you. We explain proposed repairs before work begins and answer your questions about each recommendation.
3. Approve the Work
You choose which services to authorize. Timing may depend on your vehicle’s condition, the complexity of the diagnosis, parts availability, and the work approved. Once service is complete, we explain what was done and answer any remaining questions.
1. Schedule Your Appointment
Whether scheduling online or over the phone be sure and let us know what you're experiencing so we can provide fast and accurate service advice.
2. Diagnostics and Inspections
Drop off your vehicle and the shop will get to work with inspections and diagnostics using the same equipment as the manufacturers to determine issues and next steps.
3. Digital Vehicle Inspection Report and Estimate
Following the diagnosis we will text you a digital vehicle inspection report, containing pictures and videos of our findings and recommendations.
4. Review and Approval
A service advisor will reach out to walk you through the findings and recommendations to determine how you would like to proceed, or you can approve work directly in your DVI.
5. Work Performed or Scheduled
Most work can be completed immediately, or scheduled based on parts and customer availability.
Inspection Results You Can See
A reported symptom doesn’t always reveal its source. Photos can document visible wear and other conditions, while diagnostic results provide additional information about what is happening within the vehicle.
Recommendations Based on Your Vehicle’s Condition
We explain the condition we observed, why a service is being recommended, and what reasonable next steps are available. Depending on the findings, you may need to address an immediate concern, schedule future maintenance, monitor an item, or approve further diagnosis.
Our Courtesy Inspections cover major systems and components, including lights, brakes, suspension, tires, and the battery. We don’t attempt to upsell services you don’t need. The conversation stays focused on documented findings and the needs of your vehicle.
Keep Your Day Moving While We Service Your Vehicle
Vehicle service shouldn’t put the rest of your day on hold. Our complimentary shuttle services can help you manage work, school, errands, and other responsibilities. If you prefer to wait, free Wi-Fi is available.

Understanding Common Vehicle Service Decisions
The appropriate service depends on your vehicle’s age, mileage, maintenance history, operating conditions, warning signs, and inspection findings. Identifying the type of decision you face can make each recommendation easier to evaluate.
Common service decisions include:
- Preventive maintenance: Services performed according to mileage, time, or manufacturer recommendations
- Symptom-based diagnosis: Testing used to identify the source of a warning light, noise, leak, starting issue, or drivability concern
- Component repair: Work that addresses a confirmed problem within a specific vehicle system
- Replacement decisions: An evaluation of whether documented wear or failure makes component replacement necessary
- Vehicle-owner support: Extended Warranty Service, Fleet Services, and Pre Purchase Inspections for needs beyond routine individual maintenance
