Did You Know: The tires on your car wear at immensely different rates. Therefore rotating them on a regular schedule is your best defense to prevent the need to replace them early. A general guide to follow is to have them rotated every 5,000 miles or so.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you repair my flat tire, or do I need to replace it?
We inspect the tire first, then explain whether a safe repair is possible. Factors include puncture location, size, and overall tire condition. If repair would not be reliable, we review replacement options with you and explain why, so you can make an informed choice.
How long will tire repair or installation usually take?
Many tire repairs and installations can be completed the same day, sometimes within a few hours, depending on workload and what your vehicle needs. We share an estimated time after inspection and offer a complimentary shuttle so you can stay on schedule while we work.
What kind of warranty do you offer on tire work?
We back our tire-related services with an industry-leading warranty that reflects our confidence in our workmanship. Coverage details may vary by service, and we review those with you before you approve any work so you know how you are protected afterward.
How will I know the price before you start?
After inspecting your tires, we prepare a clear estimate that outlines recommended services and costs. We review this estimate with you, answer your questions, and proceed only with the work you approve. Our goal is to avoid surprises and keep pricing understandable.
Can your team give me a ride while my tires are serviced?
Yes, we offer a complimentary shuttle service for guests who prefer not to wait at the shop. We coordinate drop-off and pick-up times with you so your day can continue while our team completes your tire services and checks your vehicle.

Q. "How often should you rotate your tires?"As a general rule of thumb, we recommend rotating your tires every 5,000 - 6,000 miles (although your driving style and vehicle types should also be taken into consideration). Rotating front and rear tires helps to ensure your tread wears down more evenly, optimizing your tire performance and extending its lifespan.

Q. "How do I tell if I need my tires rotated?"If you notice uneven wear across your tires or vibrations when driving, it may be time for a rotation.
-
Q. "How long should my tires last?"Your tire’s lifetime in mileage will depend on your maintenance and driving habits. Your tires could last up to 60,000 miles if you take good care of them, but this mileage will decrease if you don’t perform regular tire rotations.
-
Q. "How do tire rotations make my tires last longer?"Tire rotations help prevent uneven wear amongst your tires. Thus, improving the lifespan and preventing any handling issues from a worn-out tire.
