Did You Know: The tires on your car wear at immensely different rates. Therefore rotating them on a regular schedule is your best defense to prevent the need to replace them early. A general guide to follow is to have them rotated every 5,000 miles or so.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you tell me if my tire can be repaired?
Yes, we inspect the tire to see if repair is a safe option. Our technicians look at where the damage is, how large it is, and the overall condition of the tire. We then explain what we found and recommend repair or replacement based on your safety.
How long will tire service usually take?
Service time depends on what your vehicle needs. Simple repairs often take less time than installing a full set of new tires. When you arrive, we provide an estimate of how long your visit may last and offer a shuttle if you prefer not to wait at the shop.
What kind of warranty do you offer on tire work?
Our tire-related services are supported by an industry-leading warranty that also applies to our other repairs. Specific terms can vary, so our team reviews coverage details with you at the counter. This warranty reflects our confidence in the quality of our workmanship.
Can I wait at your shop during tire installation?
Many guests choose to wait during tire service. Our lobby is designed to be welcoming and comfortable while we work on your vehicle. If waiting is not convenient, we can usually arrange a complimentary shuttle ride so you can keep your day moving.
How will you explain the cost before you start?
We prepare a written estimate after inspecting your tires and explain each item in clear language. You see the expected cost before we begin and can ask as many questions as you like. We only proceed with work that you have approved.

Q. "How often should you rotate your tires?"As a general rule of thumb, we recommend rotating your tires every 5,000 - 6,000 miles (although your driving style and vehicle types should also be taken into consideration). Rotating front and rear tires helps to ensure your tread wears down more evenly, optimizing your tire performance and extending its lifespan.
-
Q. "How do I tell if I need my tires rotated?"If you notice uneven wear across your tires or vibrations when driving, it may be time for a rotation.
-
Q. "How long should my tires last?"Your tire’s lifetime in mileage will depend on your maintenance and driving habits. Your tires could last up to 60,000 miles if you take good care of them, but this mileage will decrease if you don’t perform regular tire rotations.
-
Q. "How do tire rotations make my tires last longer?"Tire rotations help prevent uneven wear amongst your tires. Thus, improving the lifespan and preventing any handling issues from a worn-out tire.
-
Q. "What is a Digital Vehicle Inspection?"With a complimentary Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) on every visit, you’ll see firsthand photos of your vehicle from under the hood. We’ll let you know if everything is functioning properly or if there are any areas of concern. You can even approve or deny our service recommendations, all straight from your smartphone, or you can, of course, give us a call and we’ll explain our findings in further detail.
-
Q.
