Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I get a car tune-up?
The right interval depends on your vehicle and how you drive. Many modern cars can go longer between tune-ups, but components still wear over time. We look at your manufacturer recommendations and your driving habits, then suggest a schedule that supports reliability and avoids unnecessary services.
What will you check during my tune-up?
During a tune-up, our ASE-certified technicians typically inspect ignition components, filters, fluids, belts, and related systems that affect performance. We may also scan your engine computer for codes and review data. Afterward, we explain what we found and only move forward with the services you approve.
Can I wait at the shop during service?
Yes, many drivers choose to wait at our shop. We offer a comfortable waiting area if you prefer to stay on-site. If you need to be somewhere else while your vehicle is in our care, we also provide a complimentary shuttle service for many local destinations, subject to availability.
How will you explain any recommended repairs?
We walk through every recommendation in clear, everyday language. Our team shows you what we found when possible and explains how each item affects safety, performance, or long-term costs. You receive an estimate before work begins, and we only move forward with the services you choose.
Do you offer a warranty on maintenance work?
Yes, our services are backed by an industry-leading warranty. This warranty reflects our confidence in the quality of our workmanship and the parts we use. When you leave our shop, you do so knowing we stand behind the maintenance and tune-up services performed on your vehicle.
