    “I set my appointment via phone, Randy was very accommodating. When I arrived I was greeted by Victor and randy and made to feel at home while I waited. During the oil change, the mechanic identified a number of situations that should be addressed. I was able to have one of the critical issues resolved and I was offered a couple of ways to resolve the other issues with my vehicle. Friendly, honest and straightforward.”

    Unrivaled Auto Repair Experience

    “In the 50 years I've been driving a car, I haven't ever had the wonderful experience that happened at Christian Brothers Automotive in Gilbert. From the moment I called to schedule an oil change to when I paid the bill, the service was unrivaled. The well-appointed service reception area is more like a hotel lobby than a typical car repair place (even the biggest car dealers). The level of professionalism demonstrated by everyone from the owner to the service staff, especially Dominic, who assisted me, couldn't have been any better. Talking about the service, they have the most technology I have ever seen at a car dealership or service facility. It started when they wrote the service order. They communicated by text several times to let me know the status of my repairs, and emailed a summary of their inspection that included pictures of MY car of the parts that needed attention or replacement, along with full explanation and cost of what is urgent, could wait to do and for future consideration. They also offered a no-cost shuttle service to my office or home and to be picked up to retrieve my car. When I picked up the car there was a fresh, cold bottle of water in the console and a pleasant air freshener on the floor. Very impressive! The best part of the service is how they warranty and stand behind their work. All work and parts are guaranteed for 2 years or 24,000 miles. How it's different from any other repair facility is it is either 2 years or 24,000 miles, whichever benefits the customer. So, as it was explained to me, if after a year and you've driven 30,000 miles, you still have another year of warranty. Try and get your current repair shop to offer that! I highly recommend that when you need a repair, oil change or other services, this is THE ONLY place to take your car! Thank you to Dominic and the staff for creating a great car repair experience for me.”
