Whether scheduling online or over the phone be sure and let us know what you're experiencing so we can provide fast and accurate service advice.

Drop off your vehicle and the shop will get to work with inspections and diagnostics using the same equipment as the manufacturers to determine issues and next steps.
3. Digital Vehicle Inspection Report and Estimate
Following the diagnosis we will text you a digital vehicle inspection report, containing pictures and videos of our findings and recommendations.
4. Review and Approval
A service advisor will reach out to walk you through the findings and recommendations to determine how you would like to proceed, or you can approve work directly in your DVI.
5. Work Performed or Scheduled
Most work can be completed immediately, or scheduled based on parts and customer availability.
A Clear Inspection & Approval Process
Our team uses manufacturer-quality equipment and explains vehicle needs without burying the recommendation in technical jargon. Our owner, Greg Plunkett, is an ASE-certified technician and is on-site at our Peyton location.
A typical service visit follows these steps:
- Inspection and Diagnostics: We examine the reported concern and evaluate the relevant vehicle systems.
- Visual Documentation: We prepare a Digital Vehicle Inspection with photos when applicable.
- Review and Estimate: We explain our findings, recommendations, and proposed work in clear language.
- Customer Approval: We don’t perform work without your permission.
- Service Scheduling: We complete or schedule approved work according to the repair plan.
Complimentary shuttle service is available while your vehicle is being serviced, so you can continue your day away from the shop.
Why European Vehicles Need the Correct Service Approach
European vehicles often use manufacturer-specific systems, fault codes, fluid specifications, and maintenance procedures. A generic scan tool may not access every service function or code needed to evaluate certain concerns.
Christian Brothers Automotive locations use metric manufacturer-grade tools and OEM-level diagnostic software for European makes and models. Technicians receive brand-specific training and stay current on European service procedures, diagnostic technologies, and software.
Diagnostics Beyond a Warning Light
A warning light identifies a system that needs evaluation, but it doesn’t always identify the failed component. Manufacturer-specific diagnostics involve reading available fault information and inspecting related systems before recommending a repair.
Maintenance Based on Your Vehicle’s Requirements
Factory-scheduled maintenance intervals and fluid specifications differ by make, model, engine, mileage, and operating conditions. We check service recommendations against the vehicle manufacturer’s requirements instead of applying one schedule to every European vehicle.
Schedule Service for Your European Vehicle
Request an appointment for European vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, or repair. We serve drivers from Falcon and Peyton and can discuss your vehicle’s symptoms, maintenance needs, or warning lights before your visit.
Have an uncommon or ultra-luxury model? Contact us first so we can confirm whether its service requirements fall within our capabilities.
