2. Diagnostics and Inspections
Drop off your vehicle and the shop will get to work with inspections and diagnostics using the same equipment as the manufacturers to determine issues and next steps.
3. Digital Vehicle Inspection Report and Estimate
Following the diagnosis we will text you a digital vehicle inspection report, containing pictures and videos of our findings and recommendations.
4. Review and Approval
A service advisor will reach out to walk you through the findings and recommendations to determine how you would like to proceed, or you can approve work directly in your DVI.
5. Work Performed or Scheduled
Most work can be completed immediately, or scheduled based on parts and customer availability.

If you're concerned about the tread on your tires, we recommend the “penny test” to check your tread depth. Simply insert a penny into your tire's tread groove with Lincoln's head upside down and facing you. If you can see all of Lincoln's head, your tread depth is less than 2/32 inch and it's time to replace your tires.

Frequently Asked Questions
What Are the Signs My Vehicle Needs an Alignment?
If your car pulls to one side, has uneven tire wear, or your steering wheel is off-center, these could be signs that you need an alignment. Regular alignment checks can prevent these issues and ensure a smoother, safer ride.
Additionally, if you've encountered a significant jolt from a pothole or curb, it's wise to have your alignment checked as a precaution. Even seemingly minor impacts can affect alignment more than you might expect. Regular checks are part of a proactive maintenance routine that pays off in longevity and performance.
How Does a 4 Wheel Alignment Differ from a Front-End Alignment?
A 4 wheel alignment adjusts all four wheels for alignment, perfect for vehicles with an all-wheel drive system. In contrast, a front-end alignment only adjusts the front wheels, allowing for proper steering and handling.
4 wheel alignment is particularly important for those driving vehicles equipped with independent suspension. Accurate adjustment of all four tires ensures uniform handling and stability, reducing the chances of excessive tire wear and enhancing overall driving comfort.
How Often Should I Get My Wheels Aligned in Edmond, OK?
It is recommended to check your alignment every 6,000 miles or if you experience any alignment-related issues. Regular checks can help prevent wear and prolong the life of your tires.
However, if you regularly drive on rough roads or have had several impacts with curbs or potholes, you might consider more frequent alignments. Small misalignments can develop over time into more significant issues, adding cost through additional tire wear and even mechanical stress on your vehicle's suspension system.
