Did You Know: The tires on your car wear at immensely different rates. Therefore rotating them on a regular schedule is your best defense to prevent the need to replace them early. A general guide to follow is to have them rotated every 5,000 miles or so.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you repair my flat tire instead of replacing it?
Often, we can, if the damage is in the repairable area of the tread and meets safety guidelines. We remove the tire, inspect it inside and out, then explain exactly what we find. If a repair is not safe, we show you why and discuss replacement options.
How long does tire installation usually take?
Tire installation time depends on how many tires we are replacing and whether other issues arise, such as wheel damage. We will give you a time estimate after inspection. You can relax in our lobby or, when available, use our shuttle so your day stays on track.
How will you help me choose the right tires?
We start by asking about your driving habits, typical routes, and priorities such as ride comfort or traction in winter weather. Then we review tire options that fit your vehicle and budget. Our team explains differences in plain language so you can choose with confidence, without feeling pressured.
What warranty do you offer on tire service?
We back our tire-related work with an industry-leading warranty that reflects the confidence we have in our technicians and equipment. The exact coverage can vary by service and parts used, and we explain those details before work begins so you know how you are protected.
Do I need an appointment for tire repair or replacement?
We recommend scheduling an appointment when possible so we can plan time for your vehicle and work to reduce your wait. However, we understand flats do not always happen on a schedule, and we do our best to accommodate urgent visits. Call us, and we will discuss the earliest available options.

-
