Frequently Asked Questions
How Often Should I Schedule a Tune-Up?
Tune-up timing depends on your vehicle and driving habits. We recommend checking your owner’s manual, then talking with our team about how and where you drive. Together, we can build a maintenance plan that supports long-term reliability without unnecessary services.
Will You Call Me Before Doing Any Extra Work?
Yes. We contact you before performing any work beyond what you approved at check-in. Our team explains what we found, why it matters, and what it costs, then answers your questions. You choose what to move forward with based on your priorities and budget.
How Long Will My Maintenance Appointment Take?
Appointment length depends on the services scheduled and what our technicians find. Routine visits often fit within part of a day, while more extensive work can take longer. When you book, we provide an estimate and offer shuttle service to help you manage your schedule.
Can You Explain What My Car Really Needs?
We make it a priority to explain recommendations in clear, simple terms. After inspecting your car, we walk you through our findings, show you photos or parts when helpful, and answer questions. Our goal is that you understand what your car needs and why before deciding.
Do You Back Your Work With A Warranty?
Yes. Our services are supported by an industry-leading warranty that reflects our confidence in the quality of our workmanship. The specific terms vary by service, and our team is happy to explain how the warranty applies to the maintenance or tune-ups we perform on your vehicle.
