Getting your AC system diagnosed and repaired at our car AC shop in Broomfield follows three clear steps.

Before we recommend anything, we perform a free Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI). Rather than asking you to take our word for it, the DVI gives you actual photos of your vehicle’s own AC components so you can see the specific wear, damage, or leak we’re describing. You can approve the work based on what your car actually looks like, not a generic explanation.
Step 2: Plain-Language Explanation of Your Options
Once we know what’s going on, a technician can walk you through the findings in straightforward terms. We can explain what needs to be addressed now, what can wait, and what each option costs. You decide what happens next.
Step 3: Repairs Completed with Manufacturer-Quality Equipment
After you approve the work, our ASE-certified technicians complete the repair using manufacturer-quality equipment, helping ensure the job is done correctly the first time.

2. Diagnostics and Inspections
Drop off your vehicle and the shop will get to work with inspections and diagnostics using the same equipment as the manufacturers to determine issues and next steps.
3. Digital Vehicle Inspection Report and Estimate
Following the diagnosis we will text you a digital vehicle inspection report, containing pictures and videos of our findings and recommendations.
4. Review and Approval
A service advisor will reach out to walk you through the findings and recommendations to determine how you would like to proceed, or you can approve work directly in your DVI.
5. Work Performed or Scheduled
Most work can be completed immediately, or scheduled based on parts and customer availability.
