Frequently Asked Questions
Is it safe to drive with an exhaust leak?
Driving with a suspected exhaust leak is not recommended because fumes can enter the cabin and affect air quality. Some leaks also become worse over time. We suggest having your vehicle inspected promptly so our team can assess the situation and explain whether it is safe to continue driving.
How do you diagnose exhaust and muffler problems?
We start by listening to your description of the symptoms, then inspect the exhaust system on a lift. Our technicians look for rust, cracks, loose hangers, and leaks, and they listen for unusual sounds. After that, we review our findings with you and discuss repair options before any work begins.
Can I get an estimate before you start repairs?
Yes, we provide a written estimate after we inspect your exhaust system and identify the problem. We explain what the estimate includes, answer your questions, and wait for your approval before moving forward. Our goal is to give you clear information so you can make a comfortable decision.
How long does exhaust or muffler repair take?
Timing depends on the specific repair, parts availability, and your vehicle. Simple fixes may be completed the same day, while more involved work can take longer. When you bring your car in, we discuss the expected time frame and offer a shuttle service when available to help with your schedule.
What warranty do you offer on exhaust work?
Our exhaust and muffler repairs are covered by an industry-leading warranty that reflects our confidence in the parts we use and the work our technicians perform. Specific terms can vary, and our team is happy to review the details with you before you approve any repair.
