Frequently Asked Questions
When can a flat tire be safely repaired?
A flat tire can sometimes be repaired if the puncture is small, located in the main tread area, and the tire still has healthy tread. Our technicians inspect both the outside and inside of the tire before recommending repair or replacement, and we explain why a repair is or is not appropriate.
How long will tire replacement or repair take?
Many tire repairs and replacements can be completed within a single visit. Exact timing depends on factors like tire availability and how many services your vehicle needs. When you arrive, our team provides an estimated timeframe and keeps you updated as we work.
Can you help me choose the right new tires?
Yes, we walk you through tire options that fit your vehicle, driving habits, and budget. Our team explains differences in tread design, ride comfort, and expected mileage in everyday language. The goal is to help you select tires that feel safe and make sense for how you drive.
How do you price tire repair and installation?
We provide clear estimates before any tire work begins. Pricing reflects the type of service, such as repair, replacement, or rotation, and the specific tires you choose if replacement is needed. Our team reviews costs with you in advance, so there are no surprises at checkout.
What warranty applies to my tire service?
Qualifying services are backed by an industry-leading warranty that reflects our confidence in our workmanship. Coverage details can vary by service, so our team explains what applies to your specific tire repair or installation before you approve the work. We want you to leave with added peace of mind.

-
Q. "How long should my tires last?"Your tire’s lifetime in mileage will depend on your maintenance and driving habits. Your tires could last up to 60,000 miles if you take good care of them, but this mileage will decrease if you don’t perform regular tire rotations.
-
Q. "How do tire rotations make my tires last longer?"Tire rotations help prevent uneven wear amongst your tires. Thus, improving the lifespan and preventing any handling issues from a worn-out tire.
