Did You Know: The tires on your car wear at immensely different rates. Therefore rotating them on a regular schedule is your best defense to prevent the need to replace them early. A general guide to follow is to have them rotated every 5,000 miles or so.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you repair my flat tire, or do I need to replace it?
In many cases, a flat caused by a small puncture in the tread can be repaired. Our technicians inspect the tire to check the damage location, size, and overall condition. If repair is not a safe option, we explain why and help you choose a suitable replacement.
How long does tire installation usually take?
Tire installation time depends on factors such as how many tires you are replacing and your vehicle type. Our team will give you a time estimate after we see your vehicle. If you have a tight schedule, you can ask about using our shuttle while we complete the work.
Do I need an appointment for tire repair?
We recommend making an appointment when possible so we can plan time for your vehicle. However, we understand that tire issues are often unexpected. If you have an urgent problem, contact us, and we will let you know the soonest time we can take a look.
What kind of warranty do you offer on tires?
Our services are backed by a strong warranty that reflects our commitment to quality. The specific coverage can vary based on the work performed and the tires you choose. We review warranty details with you before service so you know exactly what is included.
How will your team explain what my tires need?
We focus on clear, friendly communication at every visit. Our technicians describe what they see in everyday language, often showing you the tires so you can view the issues yourself. We outline your options, answer questions, and make recommendations without pressure so you can decide confidently.

Q. "How often should you rotate your tires?"As a general rule of thumb, we recommend rotating your tires every 5,000 - 6,000 miles (although your driving style and vehicle types should also be taken into consideration). Rotating front and rear tires helps to ensure your tread wears down more evenly, optimizing your tire performance and extending its lifespan.
-
Q. "How do I tell if I need my tires rotated?"If you notice uneven wear across your tires or vibrations when driving, it may be time for a rotation.
-
Q. "How long should my tires last?"Your tire’s lifetime in mileage will depend on your maintenance and driving habits. Your tires could last up to 60,000 miles if you take good care of them, but this mileage will decrease if you don’t perform regular tire rotations.
-
Q. "How do tire rotations make my tires last longer?"Tire rotations help prevent uneven wear amongst your tires. Thus, improving the lifespan and preventing any handling issues from a worn-out tire.
-

You can even approve or deny our service recommendations, all straight from your smartphone, or you can, of course, give us a call and we’ll explain our findings in further detail.
-
