Frequently Asked Questions
Is it safe to drive if my brakes squeal?
Persistent squealing is a sign that your brake pads may be wearing thin. It is usually best to schedule an inspection soon rather than continue driving for an extended time. We can check pad thickness and overall brake condition, and then explain whether immediate repair is needed.
How long does brake service usually take?
The time needed depends on what we find during inspection. Many brake pad and rotor services can be completed the same day, although more complex work may take longer. We provide time estimates up front and offer a complimentary shuttle when possible so your day can continue smoothly.
How will I know which brake parts need replacing?
After our inspection, we review our findings with you in clear language. We point out which parts are worn or damaged and explain how that affects safety and performance. You have the opportunity to ask questions, and we only replace components that you authorize.
What kind of warranty do you offer on brake work?
We back our brake services with an industry-leading warranty on eligible parts and labor. Details can vary by vehicle and specific repair, so we explain the coverage before work begins. We intend to give you added confidence in the care your braking system receives.
Can I wait at your shop during my brake appointment?
Yes, you are welcome to wait in our comfortable lobby while we work on your vehicle. If you prefer to leave, we can often arrange a complimentary shuttle, depending on availability. We discuss those options when you schedule or when you arrive.
