Frequently Asked Questions
Can my flat tire be repaired, or do I need a new one?
Whether a flat can be repaired depends on where the damage is and how severe it is. We inspect the tread and sidewall, check inside the tire, and follow safety guidelines. If a repair is safe, we explain the process. If not, we discuss replacement options with you.
How long will tire repair or replacement usually take?
Many straightforward tire repairs can be completed within a shorter visit, while full replacement or additional services take longer. Actual timing depends on your vehicle, how many tires are involved, and our current schedule. We work to give you a realistic time estimate after we inspect your tires.
Will you explain my tire options and prices before you start?
Yes, we review your tire options and pricing with you before any work begins. Our team explains the differences in tread design, expected life, and suitability for local driving. You have the chance to ask questions and choose what fits your needs and budget before you approve the service.
How do you make sure my new tires are installed safely?
Our ASE-certified technicians use manufacturer-quality equipment to mount and balance your tires. We torque lug nuts to specification and inflate to recommended pressures. If we see signs of alignment or suspension concerns, we let you know so you can decide on any further checks to help protect your new tires.
Can I wait at your shop while my tires are serviced?
You are welcome to wait in our comfortable lobby while we work on your vehicle. If you prefer not to wait on site, we also provide complimentary shuttle service when available. We will let you know when your vehicle is ready and review the completed work with you.

FAQs
-
Q. "How often should you rotate your tires?"As a general rule of thumb, we recommend rotating your tires every 5,000 - 6,000 miles (although your driving style and vehicle types should also be taken into consideration). Rotating front and rear tires helps to ensure your tread wears down more evenly, optimizing your tire performance and extending its lifespan.
-
Q. "How do I tell if I need my tires rotated?"If you notice uneven wear across your tires or vibrations when driving, it may be time for a rotation.
-
Q. "How long should my tires last?"Your tire’s lifetime in mileage will depend on your maintenance and driving habits. Your tires could last up to 60,000 miles if you take good care of them, but this mileage will decrease if you don’t perform regular tire rotations.
-
Q. "How do tire rotations make my tires last longer?"Tire rotations help prevent uneven wear amongst your tires. Thus, improving the lifespan and preventing any handling issues from a worn-out tire.
-
Q. "What is a Digital Vehicle Inspection?"With a complimentary Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) on every visit, you’ll see firsthand photos of your vehicle from under the hood. We’ll let you know if everything is functioning properly or if there are any areas of concern. You can even approve or deny our service recommendations, all straight from your smartphone, or you can, of course, give us a call and we’ll explain our findings in further detail.
-
