    "Best Experience"

    “The best service I have ever experienced! Long story short, my car battery was dead and within 10 minutes of my phone call, a wonderful young man showed up at my house to jump start my car. Went to their shop to purchase a new battery and the experience was incredible. Such a warm, wonderful environment and in less than 20 minutes the battery was installed and ready to go. I was overwhelmed by the service. I will be a customer for life. My daughter experienced the same service as I and referred me to them.”

    “Spoke with Bryan about the interior lights not going off in our CX-9. He asked me to come on by. Stopped by there on 2.14 @5:10pm. Bryan came out, took a look and told me to wait in the lobby for 5 Minutes and he would take care of this. Sure enough 5 minutes later he comes in and explains the car is ready and the interior lights shut off when you close the door. Awesome!!! I asked him, what do I owe and he said Nothing...Even More Awesome!!!! In the day and age where most of us fear the Automotive Shop like Paying Taxes, I can say that Bryan and everyone there at Christian Brothers, is Top Notch. They have a Customer for Life.     Best in class when it comes to customer service

    “I want to express my sincerest gratitude to the team at Ocotillo for the responsiveness to an issue with a blown spark plug that was still covered by the warranty. What made this so unique is that the plugs were installed at the Georgetown, Texas facility of Christian Brothers. The team work between Ocotillo and Georgetown was nothing short of spectacular and attentive. From the very beginning, the can do attitude was prevalent with each step of the process. Their response to me was that I need not worry and that they and Georgetown would take care of everything. And that most certainly was what they did. With this experience, I will be taking both of our vehicles to Christian Brothers at Ocotillo in Chandler even though we live in Oro Valley north of Tucson proper. A big thank you is the least that I can offer. The service is overwhelming and the reason they have a permanent customer who is 90 minutes away. .”

    The "Starbucks experience" of automotive. Superb... really superb

    “So I rarely bother to do a review... least of all for an automotive service. However, I must because Christian Brothers deserves to be recognized and you'll want to do business with them. I liken the experience to what Starbucks has done for the coffee industry. There's coffee everywhere, but they've attended to the details that make you feel good. This location had mature employees who knew their workflow process well; I was able to work in a pristine waiting room which had no grease, odor, noise, and was frankly pleasant and enjoyable... I can't believe I'm writing this about an automotive business. As a business owner, it is delightful to see a process that is so smooth you can tell the owners understand and care. Finally, I called at 7am requesting a battery evaluation on my Lexus. They had 14 ahead of me... but, said, "come at 8 and we'll do our best." I was there at 8am and driving away at 8:29. Wow.”

    “My husband has dementia and is unable to any longer handle much of anything, let alone automotive issues. And for me, it is enough to say thaT”idiot” lights may have been designed specifically with me in mind. And i get nervous when one comes on. I have had new sensors put on at Christian Bros and it was an all around wonderful experience. But i have Also just run in to have them look at, or listen to something to tell me if it is okay. They are always Willing, prompt, and reassuring. Great location, nice atmosphere and every person there i have dealt with has been professional and pleasant.”

    Incredible CUSTOMER AND VEHICLE SERVICE

    “AMAZING SUPPORT, SERVICE, ETC. I RECEIVED A REFERRAL TO CHRISTIAN BROTHERS FROM A FRIEND IN THE AREA. I WAS LOOKING TO BUY A CAR FROM A CAR DEALER IN THE AREA, BUT LIVE OUT OF STATE. I CONTACTED CHRISTIAN BROTHERS AS I WAS TOLD THEY WERE HONEST AND QUALIFIED. NOT ONLY DID THEY MAKE SPACE FOR ME (A COMPLETE STRANGER), BUT THEY WENT OVER THE CAR CAREFULLY, TALKED TO ME ABOUT EACH ISSUE, HELPED ME TO KNOW EXACTLY HOW TO TALK TO THE DEALER, AND EVEN GAVE ME A NEW COSTUMER DISCOUNT. KEITH AT CHRISTIAN BROTHERS COULD LIKELY TELL THAT I WAS INEXPERIENCED BUYING A CAR AND LITERALLY WALKED ME THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS. THEIR DIAGNOSTICS OF THE CAR WAS RIGHT ON TARGET. WHEN I BROUGHT IT BACK TO THE DEALER WITH CHRISTIAN BROTHERS, NOT ONLY DID THEY AGREE THAT THEY WERE CORRECT, BUT THEY ALSO FOLLOWED CHRISTIAN BROTHERS RECOMMENDATIONS AND FIXED ALL THAT WAS WRONG AT NO COST. THE CAR COMPANY WARNED ME THAT CHRISTIAN BROTHERS WOULD FIND EVERYTHING WRONG! THEY DID! IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED.     “HAD My 2005 Altima in for service for a check engine light on. . but the light would always reset before they could get it on the scanner . So driving to work the next day The Light came on again . I was Able TO DROP OFF THE CAR at ( CHs BROS ) and THEY GAVE ME A RIDE TO WORK AND WAS ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM THAT DAY.
