Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in a car tune-up?
A tune-up usually includes a combination of inspections and services tailored to your vehicle. We may check spark plugs, filters, ignition components, battery health, and fluid levels, and we use diagnostic equipment to look for trouble codes. We review findings with you before any work is approved.
How long will my maintenance appointment take?
Appointment length depends on what your vehicle needs. Many routine services can be completed within a few hours, while more involved work can take longer. When you schedule, we discuss timing, explain what to expect, and offer shuttle options if you cannot wait at the shop.
How do you help me understand recommended repairs?
We explain recommendations in clear, everyday language and show you what we are seeing whenever possible. Our team reviews options, answers your questions, and gives you time to decide. Our goal is for you to understand why a service is suggested and how it supports your vehicle.
Do you offer a warranty on tune-up work?
Yes, our work is backed by an industry-leading warranty that reflects our confidence in our technicians and parts. Specific terms can vary by service type, and our team explains how the warranty applies to your visit before you approve any work.
Can I wait at the shop or get a ride?
You are welcome to relax in our comfortable lobby, and many guests choose that option for shorter visits. If you need to be somewhere else, we provide a complimentary shuttle within the area. We discuss these choices when you book your appointment and again at check-in.
