They truly serve their customer. I was given a detailed explanation with photos about the problems and potential problems of my vehicle. They do not pressure you to make the repairs, but just give you the information and cost and you decide. They are fair in their pricing and I feel confident of a work well done when I leave. They are polite, with a service attitude, that is really challenging to find anymore. The shuttle service was indeed a blessing to me as this was a true need.
