Did You Know: The tires on your car wear at immensely different rates. Therefore rotating them on a regular schedule is your best defense to prevent the need to replace them early. A general guide to follow is to have them rotated every 5,000 miles or so.
More on Tire Rotation Service
A tire rotation is an important maintenance step to ensure your vehicle’s tires wear evenly. Uneven tires can lead to a rougher ride, poor handling, and less traction in inclement weather. To prolong the life of your tires and ensure the safety of you and your family on the road, follow the recommendation in your owner’s manual for how frequently to rotate your tires. On average, this is every 7,000 to 8,000 miles – or about every other oil change.
Christian Brothers Automotive can keep your tires rotated properly so you can continue to drive with complete peace of mind. When it comes to caring for your car, nobody takes a more thorough approach than our certified auto repair experts.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can You Repair My Flat Tire Or Need to Replace It?
We inspect the tire, wheel, and damage location before recommending anything. If the puncture is in a repairable area and the tire is otherwise in good condition, we generally recommend a proper repair. If repair would be unsafe, we explain why replacement is the better option.
How Long Will Tire Service At Your Shop Usually Take?
Service time depends on what your vehicle needs. Simple tire repair is often shorter than full tire replacement, especially if additional work like balancing is involved. When you arrive, we estimate timing based on your specific situation and keep you updated as we work.
What Kind Of Warranty Do You Offer On Tire Work?
We back our services with an industry-leading warranty on qualifying repairs and installations. This reflects our confidence in the quality of our workmanship. Our team can review the specific warranty terms that apply to your visit before you approve any tire service.
Will You Explain My Tire Options In Plain Language?
Yes, clear communication is central to how we serve our guests. We describe tire conditions, repair options, and replacement choices without technical jargon. Our goal is for you to understand what we recommend and why, so you can feel comfortable approving the work.
Do I Need An Appointment For Flat Tire Repair?
Appointments help us plan, but we know flats are often unexpected. We encourage you to call ahead when you can so we can share current availability. Our team works to accommodate urgent tire issues as quickly as possible once your vehicle arrives.

FAQs
-
Q. "How often should you rotate your tires?"As a general rule of thumb, we recommend rotating your tires every 5,000 - 6,000 miles (although your driving style and vehicle types should also be taken into consideration). Rotating front and rear tires helps to ensure your tread wears down more evenly, optimizing your tire performance and extending its lifespan.
-
Q. "How do I tell if I need my tires rotated?"If you notice uneven wear across your tires or vibrations when driving, it may be time for a rotation.
-
Q. "How long should my tires last?"Your tire’s lifetime in mileage will depend on your maintenance and driving habits. Your tires could last up to 60,000 miles if you take good care of them, but this mileage will decrease if you don’t perform regular tire rotations.
-
Q. "How do tire rotations make my tires last longer?"Tire rotations help prevent uneven wear amongst your tires. Thus, improving the lifespan and preventing any handling issues from a worn-out tire.
-
Q. "What is a Digital Vehicle Inspection?"With a complimentary Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) on every visit, you’ll see firsthand photos of your vehicle from under the hood. We’ll let you know if everything is functioning properly or if there are any areas of concern. You can even approve or deny our service recommendations, all straight from your smartphone, or you can, of course, give us a call and we’ll explain our findings in further detail.
-
Q. "Do you offer a warranty?"As part of our Nice difference.® commitment to providing our customers the best auto service experience possible, we also offer a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty on all the work that we do.
