2. Diagnostics and Inspections
Drop off your vehicle and the shop will get to work with inspections and diagnostics using the same equipment as the manufacturers to determine issues and next steps.
3. Digital Vehicle Inspection Report and Estimate
Following the diagnosis we will text you a digital vehicle inspection report, containing pictures and videos of our findings and recommendations.
4. Review and Approval
A service advisor will reach out to walk you through the findings and recommendations to determine how you would like to proceed, or you can approve work directly in your DVI.
5. Work Performed or Scheduled
Most work can be completed immediately, or scheduled based on parts and customer availability.

If you're concerned about the tread on your tires, we recommend the “penny test” to check your tread depth. Simply insert a penny into your tire's tread groove with Lincoln's head upside down and facing you. If you can see all of Lincoln's head, your tread depth is less than 2/32 inch and it's time to replace your tires.

Proper alignment improves your car's handling, ensuring smooth and safe driving. It also enhances fuel efficiency, as correctly aligned wheels minimize rolling resistance. Regular alignment checks, especially after big road impacts or every 10,000 miles, are essential.
How Can I Tell If My Car Needs an Alignment?
Several signs indicate your car might need an alignment. If your vehicle pulls to one side, the steering wheel vibrates, or you notice uneven tire wear, these are symptoms of misalignment.

Poor tire alignment can lead to many issues affecting your driving experience and vehicle longevity. It causes uneven tire wear, necessitating premature tire replacements. Misalignment also affects vehicle steering and stability, posing a safety risk.
Driving with a misaligned car can result in inefficient fuel consumption and potential mechanical problems over time. Timely alignment ensures optimal vehicle performance and safety.
How Often Should I Get My Car Aligned in Liberty Lake?
The alignment frequency depends on various factors, including driving conditions and habits. Typically, it is recommended to have your alignment checked every 10,000 miles or once a year.
However, it's wise to get an alignment check sooner if you frequently navigate rough roads or have experienced a collision or a significant jolt (like hitting a pothole). Regular maintenance and alignment checks will help preserve your vehicle's integrity and performance.
