Frequently Asked Questions
Is it safe to drive if my car is overheating?
It is generally not safe to keep driving an overheating vehicle. Continued driving can cause serious engine damage in a short time. If the temperature climbs into the red, pull over safely, turn off the engine, and let it cool before arranging for an inspection.
How long does radiator repair usually take?
The time required depends on what we find during inspection. Many cooling system repairs can be completed the same day, especially when parts are readily available. We discuss timing with you upfront and offer a shuttle so you can continue your day while we work.
Will you tell me if I need radiator replacement?
Yes, we explain clearly whether a repair is likely to solve the issue or if a new radiator is the better long-term choice. We show you what we find when possible, review the options, and answer your questions before you decide how to move forward.
What kind of warranty comes with your cooling system work?
Our cooling system work is backed by an industry-leading warranty that reflects our confidence in the quality of our parts and workmanship. We explain the specific warranty coverage for your repair or replacement before you authorize the work.
Can I wait at your shop while my car is checked?
You are welcome to wait in our comfortable lobby while we inspect your vehicle. If you prefer to leave, we also offer a complimentary shuttle within the area so you can get to work, home, or errands while we take care of your cooling system.
