What to Expect With Engine Services
1. Schedule Your Appointment
Whether scheduling online or over the phone be sure and let us know what you're experiencing so we can provide fast and accurate service advice.
2. Diagnostics and Inspections
Drop off your vehicle and the shop will get to work with inspections and diagnostics using the same equipment as the manufacturers to determine issues and next steps.
3. Digital Vehicle Inspection Report and Estimate
Following the diagnosis we will text you a digital vehicle inspection report, containing pictures and videos of our findings and recommendations.
4. Review and Approval
A service advisor will reach out to walk you through the findings and recommendations to determine how you would like to proceed, or you can approve work directly in your DVI.
5. Work Performed or Scheduled
Most work can be completed immediately, or scheduled based on parts and customer availability.
Frequently driving your car with little fuel can harm your engine over time because the gasoline at the bottom of your tank is usually the dirtiest. When this part is used for fuel, you run a higher risk of dirt reaching your fuel line and engine.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do you figure out what is wrong with my engine?
We begin by listening to your concerns, then combine visual inspection, computer diagnostics, and test drives to narrow down the cause. Our ASE-certified technicians review the findings with you in clear language and provide an estimate before any repair work starts.
Will you tell me if engine replacement is not worth it?
We discuss whether engine replacement makes sense based on your vehicle’s age, mileage, and overall condition. Our goal is to help you avoid investing in repairs that do not match your plans. We share our perspective openly so you can decide with full information.
How long does timing belt or head gasket work usually take?
Timing belt and head gasket work often requires your vehicle for at least a full day, and sometimes longer, depending on the model and parts availability. We provide a realistic timeframe after our evaluation and keep you updated while the vehicle is in our care.
Do you use parts that match my vehicle’s original quality?
We use manufacturer-quality parts and equipment for engine work, which helps support reliability and performance. Our team selects components that align with your vehicle’s requirements and explains what is being installed, so you know what is going back under the hood.
What kind of warranty do you offer on engine repairs?
We back our engine repairs with an industry-leading warranty, which reflects our confidence in the workmanship and parts we use. Our team reviews the specific warranty details with you before work begins, so you understand how you are protected after you leave our shop.
