Did You Know: The tires on your car wear at immensely different rates. Therefore rotating them on a regular schedule is your best defense to prevent the need to replace them early. A general guide to follow is to have them rotated every 5,000 miles or so.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if my tire can be repaired or needs replacement?
Our technicians inspect the tire’s tread, sidewalls, and inside surface, then explain what they find. Small punctures in the tread may be repairable, while sidewall damage, exposed cords, or severe wear usually require replacement. We discuss the reasons clearly so you can make an informed choice.
How long will a typical flat tire repair take at your shop?
Many flat tire repairs can be completed within a short visit, although timing depends on the damage and how many tires require attention. When you arrive, we explain the expected timeframe based on what we see. Our team works to respect your schedule while maintaining careful, thorough service.
Can I drive on a tire that keeps losing a little air?
Driving on a tire that regularly loses air can increase the risk of a sudden flat or damage to the tire and wheel. We generally recommend having it checked as soon as you can. Our team can inspect the tire and let you know whether repair or replacement is more appropriate.
Do I need an appointment for tire installation, or can I walk in?
You are welcome to contact us about availability, and we can let you know whether an appointment is recommended. Scheduling ahead can help reduce your waiting time, especially for full tire installation. Our team will explain the current timing and work with you to find a convenient option.
Will you help me choose the right tires for how I drive?
Yes, our team takes time to talk about how and where you drive before suggesting tire options. We consider daily mileage, typical routes, and your preferences. Our goal is to match tire choices to your real driving needs so you feel confident in the decision you make.

Q. "How often should you rotate your tires?"As a general rule of thumb, we recommend rotating your tires every 5,000 - 6,000 miles (although your driving style and vehicle types should also be taken into consideration). Rotating front and rear tires helps to ensure your tread wears down more evenly, optimizing your tire performance and extending its lifespan.
-
Q. "How do I tell if I need my tires rotated?"If you notice uneven wear across your tires or vibrations when driving, it may be time for a rotation.
-
Q. "How long should my tires last?"Your tire’s lifetime in mileage will depend on your maintenance and driving habits. Your tires could last up to 60,000 miles if you take good care of them, but this mileage will decrease if you don’t perform regular tire rotations.
-
Q. "How do tire rotations make my tires last longer?"Tire rotations help prevent uneven wear amongst your tires. Thus, improving the lifespan and preventing any handling issues from a worn-out tire.
-
Q. "What is a Digital Vehicle Inspection?"With a complimentary Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) on every visit, you’ll see firsthand photos of your vehicle from under the hood. We’ll let you know if everything is functioning properly or if there are any areas of concern. You can even approve or deny our service recommendations, all straight from your smartphone, or you can, of course, give us a call and we’ll explain our findings in further detail.
