Owner-Operated, Warranty-Backed BMW Care
Our owner-operators are on-site every day, so you get personal accountability, not just a service counter. When you have a question about a finding or what a repair involves, the people making decisions are right there to answer it.
Every service we perform is covered by the Nice Difference Warranty: 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes later. That reflects our confidence in the work.

BMW Maintenance Tied to How You Drive in Cumming
Forsyth County commutes involve a lot of idling and stop-and-go segments that are harder on turbocharged engine components and brake systems than steady highway driving. Before summer, we recommend checking your BMW’s cooling system. Before wet-weather months, brake and tire condition deserve a close look, especially if your BMW runs run-flat tires that don’t show pressure loss the way conventional tires do. Whatever we find, we can explain it clearly and give you the information to decide what makes sense for your schedule and budget.
Our complimentary shuttle service means you don’t have to rearrange your day while your BMW is in for service. Call (470) 280-1556 or submit a request through our contact form to schedule BMW maintenance or repair in Cumming.
We work with all major extended warranty providers, so if your BMW is covered, we can handle eligible repairs under that plan. If you’d like to supply your own parts, we’ll work with them, though the Nice Difference Warranty won’t apply to customer-supplied components.
When our inspection turns up more than one issue, we don’t present everything as equally urgent. We separate what needs attention now from what can wait for a later visit, and we provide a full estimate before any work begins. You decide what gets done and when.
