Honest Recommendations, No Pressure
Before any work begins, a service advisor walks you through your Digital Vehicle Inspection findings in plain language, not technical jargon. You decide what gets done. Our technicians explain what they found and why they’re recommending it. That’s how we build trust with every European vehicle owner who comes through our doors.
European vehicles require technicians who stay current on make-specific service procedures, diagnostic software updates, and manufacturer-specified parts standards. Below is a closer look at how our service process works and what that means for a few of the most common European makes we see in Clermont.
Our European Vehicle Service Process
Every vehicle that comes through our shop follows a consistent five-step process designed to keep you informed and in control.
Step 1: Schedule Your Appointment
Book online or call us directly. Share any symptoms or warning lights you’ve noticed so our team can prepare the right tools and diagnostic equipment before your vehicle arrives.
Step 2: Diagnostics & Inspections
Our technicians use equipment manufacturers use to identify issues and determine next steps. For European vehicles, that means metric tools and OEM-level diagnostic software calibrated to your specific make.
Step 3: Digital Vehicle Inspection Report & Estimate
We send you a detailed report via text with photos and videos of what our technicians found, along with a clear estimate. You review it on your own time, from wherever you are.
Step 4: Review & Approval
A service advisor walks you through each recommendation. You approve or decline any item before we touch your vehicle. Nothing proceeds without your explicit sign-off.
Step 5: Work Performed or Scheduled
Most repairs are completed the same day. All qualifying work is covered by the Nice difference.® Warranty: 3 years/36,000 miles, whichever is longer, valid at any Christian Brothers Automotive location in the country.
Make-Specific Service Notes for Common European Vehicles
Understanding each brand’s engineering helps us service your vehicle correctly. A few examples from makes we frequently see:
Audi
Audi engines require specific oil standards. Using non-approved fluids can cause long-term engine damage. We use manufacturer-recommended fluids to support proper engine care.
BMW
Many BMW repairs require advanced programming after parts replacement so new components integrate correctly with the vehicle’s electronic systems. Our OEM-level diagnostic software supports that programming process.
Mercedes-Benz
Mercedes-Benz uses a variable service interval system. These vehicles benefit from regular inspections and minor adjustments that support ongoing performance rather than waiting for a fixed mileage milestone.
