Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an appointment for an oil change?
You do not always need an appointment, but scheduling ahead is helpful. When you call us, we can suggest times that usually work well and reduce your wait. Walk-ins can often be accommodated, although availability depends on how many vehicles are already in the shop.
How will I know what my car really needs?
We explain our findings in clear language before any work begins. Our team reviews what we saw, why it matters, and what can wait. You will see pricing and have a chance to ask questions so you can approve only the services that make sense for you.
What kind of oil and filters do you use?
We use oil and filters that meet or exceed your vehicle manufacturer’s specifications. Before your service, we confirm the recommended type for your engine and driving conditions. If you have questions about synthetic versus conventional options, our technicians can explain the differences in simple terms.
How long does a typical oil change take?
Most visits for an oil service are completed within a relatively short time, although exact timing can vary. Factors include your vehicle type, how many services you request, and how many cars are ahead of you. We work efficiently and keep you updated if anything affects your visit length.
Can you check other items while doing my oil change?
Yes, our technicians typically perform several quick checks while your vehicle is already in the bay. If we notice anything that may need attention, we share what we found and talk through options. Any additional work is always discussed and priced before we move forward.
