Was quoted one price but when the time came the final total was less than half of what they quoted me as there was less work to be done than originally thought , a less reputable company could easily have charged the original amount as I wouldn’t have known either way. My Alternator was replaced at a much lower cost than i was expecting and they even Returned My car to me when it was ready. Again you can’t have to much good cusTomer service. Christian Brothers Automotive Fuel pump replacement “My fuel pump went out on my vehicle while I was at work so I had to arrange towing to Christian Brothers. I spoke with a gentleman named Clayton who helped me arrange everything. He was extremely helpful and I was fortunate enough to work with him throughout the entire process, from day one until I picked my vehicle up. Clayton was very knowledgeable and kept me up to date on each step of my repair, from the overall diagnostics, to ordering the part which took no time at all it seemed, and finally to the repair and finish. I was able to pick up my vehicle the next day which was very helpful in my situation. It may have been possible to receive my vehicle the same day if I hadn't dropped it off so late in the day, but I dont know for sure. I do know that once they started the repair on my vehicle it was completed in a timely manner. The pro's: customer service, communication, craftsmanship con's: the price was high, but you get what you pay for and more.
