Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I schedule a tune-up?
The right interval depends on your vehicle, mileage, and driving habits. We typically refer to your manufacturer's maintenance schedule and then consider how you drive in and around Brentwood. During a visit, we can review your history and help you plan a timeline that makes sense for your car.
What happens during a tune-up at your shop?
During a tune-up, our technicians inspect key systems that affect starting, performance, and efficiency. This often includes ignition components, filters, fluids, belts, hoses, and the battery and charging system. After the inspection, we explain what we found and discuss any recommended services before doing additional work.
How long will car maintenance usually take?
Timing depends on the services your vehicle needs. Many routine maintenance visits, such as oil changes and basic inspections, can be completed within a few hours. If more extensive work is needed, we explain the expected timeframe and offer a complimentary shuttle so you can continue your day.
Will you explain repairs before doing any work?
Yes. Our team always reviews findings with you and explains any recommended maintenance or repairs in clear, understandable language. We provide estimates and answer questions before moving forward. No additional work is started without your approval, so you stay in control of decisions about your vehicle.
Do your services come with a warranty?
Our services are backed by an industry-leading warranty that reflects the confidence we have in our workmanship and parts. The specific terms can vary by service, and we review your coverage at the end of each visit. This gives you written assurance that your maintenance or tune-up is supported after you leave.
