Frequently Asked Questions
How Do I Know If I Need New Tires?
You may need new tires if the tread is worn close to the wear bars, the rubber is cracked, or you notice vibration or poor traction. Our technicians can measure tread depth, inspect each tire, and explain whether replacement is the safest choice based on how and where you drive.
Can You Repair A Nail In My Tire Safely?
We can often repair a nail in the tread area if the puncture is small and the rest of the tire is in good condition. Our team removes the tire, inspects it from the inside, and uses an approved repair method when it is safe. If not, we explain replacement options clearly.
How Long Does Tire Replacement Usually Take?
Many tire replacement visits can be completed the same day, depending on tire availability and the number of tires installed. When you arrive, we provide a time estimate and offer our shuttle service when possible. Our goal is to work efficiently while keeping safety and quality as our top priorities.
Will You Explain Tire Options & Pricing First?
Yes, we review tire options and pricing with you before any work begins. We explain differences in tread design, performance, and expected life in plain language, then provide an estimate you can review. We want you to understand exactly what you are choosing and how it fits your budget.
Is There A Warranty On My New Tires & Service?
We offer an industry-leading warranty on qualifying services, including tire-related work performed by our team. When we install new tires, we explain how our warranty applies to the labor we perform. Tire manufacturer warranties may also apply, and we can help you understand those details during your visit.

Q. "How often should you rotate your tires?"As a general rule of thumb, we recommend rotating your tires every 5,000 - 6,000 miles (although your driving style and vehicle types should also be taken into consideration). Rotating front and rear tires helps to ensure your tread wears down more evenly, optimizing your tire performance and extending its lifespan.

-
Q. "How long should my tires last?"Your tire’s lifetime in mileage will depend on your maintenance and driving habits. Your tires could last up to 60,000 miles if you take good care of them, but this mileage will decrease if you don’t perform regular tire rotations.
-
Q. "How do tire rotations make my tires last longer?"Tire rotations help prevent uneven wear amongst your tires. Thus, improving the lifespan and preventing any handling issues from a worn-out tire.
-
Q. "What is a Digital Vehicle Inspection?"With a complimentary Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) on every visit, you’ll see firsthand photos of your vehicle from under the hood.
