Frequently Asked Questions
How Do I Know If My Brakes Are Still Safe?
New noises, a soft pedal, or dashboard warning lights all mean your brakes should be checked. Some vehicles remain drivable for a short time, but symptoms typically worsen. Our team can inspect your system, explain what we find, and help you decide on the safest plan.
How Long Does Brake Work Usually Take?
Many brake services are completed the same day, though timing depends on inspection findings and parts availability. When you schedule, we can give you a general time estimate. Our complimentary shuttle is available to keep your day moving while we complete the work.
Will You Explain the Repairs Before Starting?
Yes. We review our inspection results and written estimate with you before any work begins. We explain which items affect safety, what each repair involves, and how pricing breaks down. You can ask questions, consider your options, and approve only the work you’re comfortable with.
What Warranty Do You Offer on Brake Repairs?
Brake repairs are covered by the Nice difference. warranty: 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs last. Both thresholds must be reached before coverage ends, not just the first one. The warranty covers parts and labor and is honored at all Christian Brothers Automotive The Woodlands locations nationwide. We’ll review the exact terms with you at the time of your visit.
Can I Wait While My Car Is Serviced?
Yes. We have a welcoming waiting area for guests who prefer to stay. For visits that run longer, we offer a complimentary shuttle so you can keep your day on track.
