What to Expect With an Alignment
1. Schedule Your Appointment
Whether scheduling online or over the phone be sure and let us know what you're experiencing so we can provide fast and accurate service advice.
2. Diagnostics and Inspections
Drop off your vehicle and the shop will get to work with inspections and diagnostics using the same equipment as the manufacturers to determine issues and next steps.
3. Digital Vehicle Inspection Report and Estimate
Following the diagnosis we will text you a digital vehicle inspection report, containing pictures and videos of our findings and recommendations.
4. Review and Approval
A service advisor will reach out to walk you through the findings and recommendations to determine how you would like to proceed, or you can approve work directly in your DVI.
5. Work Performed or Scheduled
Most work can be completed immediately, or scheduled based on parts and customer availability.
If you're concerned about the tread on your tires, we recommend the “penny test” to check your tread depth. Simply insert a penny into your tire's tread groove with Lincoln's head upside down and facing you. If you can see all of Lincoln's head, your tread depth is less than 2/32 inch and it's time to replace your tires.
Types of Wheel Alignment Services Offered
Our alignment services are tailored to meet your specific needs.
Our wheel alignment services include:
- Front-End Alignment: Adjusts the angles of the front wheels to match the manufacturer's specifications.
- Four-Wheel Alignment: Aligns all four wheels, crucial for vehicles with independent rear suspension.
- Thrust Angle Alignment: Ensures all four wheels are squared with each other to the centerline of the vehicle.
Using manufacturer-quality equipment, our goal is to provide top-notch service, helping you stay on course, safely and smoothly.
Each alignment type plays a crucial role in vehicle maintenance. A front-end alignment is often sufficient for standard vehicles, but knowing when a four-wheel or thrust angle alignment is necessary can prevent uneven tire wear and improve vehicle stability. Our technicians can help assess the right service for your vehicle’s unique dynamics, ensuring a smoother and safer drive.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the signs my vehicle needs an alignment?
Common signs of needing an alignment include pulling to one side, uneven tire wear, or a crooked steering wheel when driving straight. If you notice any of these symptoms, it’s advisable to schedule a check-up promptly to avoid further issues.
How often should I check my vehicle's alignment?
Generally, it's recommended to have your alignment checked annually. However, if you frequently drive on rough roads or have experienced an impact, more regular assessments can be beneficial to maintain optimal vehicle performance.
What is the benefit of a four-wheel alignment?
A four-wheel alignment ensures that all wheels are adjusted to match the manufacturer's specifications, which is especially important for vehicles with independent suspension systems. This service can significantly enhance handling and tire longevity.
Can bad alignment affect my vehicle’s fuel efficiency?
Yes, misalignment increases tire resistance, forcing the engine to work harder and consume more fuel. Proper alignment ensures smoother driving and can lead to improved fuel savings.
