Frequently Asked Questions
Is it safe to drive if my brakes are squeaking?
Squeaking brakes usually mean your pads are starting to wear, so it is best to schedule an inspection soon. If the sound turns into grinding, or if the vehicle feels different when stopping, you should avoid driving and contact us so we can help you decide the safest option.
How long does a typical brake repair take?
Many common brake services can be completed the same day, depending on parts availability and the condition of your braking system. When we inspect your vehicle, we explain what is needed and provide a time estimate so you can plan your day or use our shuttle service if helpful.
Will you explain what my car needs before fixing anything?
Yes. We always review our findings with you before any work begins. Our technicians explain what they saw, what it means for your safety, and which items are optional or can wait. We want you to feel comfortable with every decision and encourage questions at any point in the process.
What kind of warranty do you offer on brakes?
We back our brake work with an industry-leading warranty, which reflects the confidence we have in our technicians and the parts we use. The specific terms can vary by service, and our team will explain the details of your warranty when you approve the repair.
Can you help if my ABS light is on?
Yes, our ASE-certified technicians can diagnose issues related to your ABS warning light. We use manufacturer-quality equipment to read codes, test components, and determine what is causing the alert, then explain your options for repair so you can work to restore proper braking control.
