Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if my suspension is unsafe?
If your vehicle sways, dives, or feels hard to control, it may not be safe to drive. Our team can inspect it and explain which issues are urgent and which can wait. When in doubt, we recommend scheduling an evaluation before continuing long trips.
How much do shocks or struts work usually cost?
Costs depend on your vehicle, which parts need replacement, and how many components are involved. We provide a detailed estimate before any work begins and review it with you in plain language. You decide what to approve, and we do not add surprise charges.
How long will suspension repairs take at your shop?
Many suspension repairs and installations can be completed the same day, depending on parts availability and the scope of work. During your visit, we will discuss timing so you can plan. Our complimentary shuttle can help you stay on schedule while your vehicle is in the shop.
What kind of warranty do you offer on suspension repairs?
We support eligible suspension, shocks, and struts repairs with an industry-leading warranty. Our team can explain the specific terms for your vehicle and repair before you approve any work. This coverage is designed to give you long-term confidence in the service you receive.
Will you explain my suspension issues in plain language?
Yes. We believe you should understand what is happening with your vehicle. Our technicians and service staff explain findings in everyday terms, show you worn parts when possible, and answer your questions. Our goal is for you to feel informed, not overwhelmed.
