As we’ve mentioned before, Tammie and Scott Green, the owners of Christian Brothers Automotive, love giving back to the local Shawnee community.

That’s why the friendly staff at Christian Brothers Automotive Shawnee has teamed up with the Shawnee Community Center, a local food pantry serving the entire Kansas City metro area.

Did you know one in six Americans struggles everyday to put food on the table?

That’s why this non-governmental organization is on a mission to “offer a hand up to anyone in need.” They do this through donated goods, clothing and cash donations.

Between November 18th and November 27th, you can save $10 on your service by bringing in two canned food items. Help a neighbor while saving money!

Throughout the month of November, we’ll be collecting non-perishable food items for the Shawnee Community Center.

Christian Brothers Automotive Shawnee is collecting non-perishables for Shawnee Community Services to distribute to 250 families for Thanksgiving dinner.

The items most critically needed:

  • Cranberry sauce
  • Cream of mushroom soup
  • Boxed stuffing
  • Jiffy cake mix with Jiffy frosting
  • Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • Instant mashed potatoes

The dedicated staff at Christian Brothers Automotive Shawnee is honored to help such an incredible organization!
