Frequently Asked Questions
Is it safe to keep driving with worn shocks?
It depends on how worn the parts are and what symptoms you feel. We often see longer stopping distances, extra bouncing, and reduced control as shocks wear. Our technicians can inspect your suspension and help you understand whether it is safe to keep driving or needs prompt attention.
How long does the installation of shocks or struts take?
Shocks or struts installation can often be completed the same day, although timing depends on your vehicle design and whether other suspension parts or an alignment are needed. We discuss expected timing with you up front and offer a shuttle in the area when available.
How will you explain what my suspension needs?
We review our inspection findings with you in clear, straightforward language. Our team points out which parts are worn, how that connects to your symptoms, and what your options are. You can ask as many questions as you like, so you feel comfortable before approving any work.
What kind of warranty do you offer on suspension repairs?
We back our suspension repairs with an industry-leading warranty that covers both parts and labor for a substantial period. Specific terms can vary by part and vehicle, and we go over that with you before the repair so you know exactly how you are protected.
Can you check my suspension during other services?
Yes, we can usually look over your suspension during other visits, such as an oil change or brake inspection. If you mention ride concerns when you schedule, we plan time to evaluate shocks, struts, and related components while your vehicle is already here.
