1. Schedule Your Appointment
Whether scheduling online or over the phone be sure and let us know what you're experiencing so we can provide fast and accurate service advice.
2. Diagnostics and Inspections
Drop off your vehicle and the shop will get to work with inspections and diagnostics using the same equipment as the manufacturers to determine issues and next steps.
3. Digital Vehicle Inspection Report and Estimate
Following the diagnosis we will text you a digital vehicle inspection report, containing pictures and videos of our findings and recommendations.
4. Review and Approval
A service advisor will reach out to walk you through the findings and recommendations to determine how you would like to proceed, or you can approve work directly in your DVI.
5. Work Performed or Scheduled
Most work can be completed immediately, or scheduled based on parts and customer availability.

If you're concerned about the tread on your tires, we recommend the “penny test” to check your tread depth. Simply insert a penny into your tire's tread groove with Lincoln's head upside down and facing you. If you can see all of Lincoln's head, your tread depth is less than 2/32 inch and it's time to replace your tires.

Frequently Asked Questions
What Are Common Signs That My Car Needs a Wheel Alignment?
Some typical indications that your vehicle may need alignment include the car pulling to one side, uneven tire wear, a vibrating steering wheel, or off-centered steering. If you're experiencing any of these issues, scheduling an alignment check to assess and address potential problems is advisable.
How Often Should I Get My Wheels Aligned?
It's recommended to have your wheel alignment checked every 6,000 to 10,000 miles, or more frequently if you notice symptoms of misalignment. Regular checks can prevent tire wear and improve your vehicle’s performance, ensuring a safe and smooth ride.
The frequency can vary depending on specific driving habits or conditions. For instance, if you frequently drive on uneven or bumpy roads, your vehicle may benefit from more frequent alignments to maintain its optimal performance. Discussing your driving preferences with our technicians can help tailor a maintenance schedule ideal for your needs.
Can Tire Alignments Improve My Vehicle’s Fuel Efficiency?
Yes, a proper tire alignment can indeed contribute to better fuel efficiency. Misaligned wheels cause increased resistance, requiring more energy (and thus more fuel) to maintain the same speed. Aligning your wheels ensures reduced rolling resistance and better fuel economy.
In addition to saving on fuel costs, efficient tire alignment supports sustainable living by lessening environmental impact. Every small step towards reducing fuel consumption contributes to broader environmental conservation efforts.
Is Wheel Alignment Necessary for All-Wheel Drive Vehicles?
Yes, regardless of whether your vehicle is all-wheel drive or not, proper alignment is crucial. All-wheel drive vehicles often require more detailed alignment checks to ensure all components function optimally, contributing to safe and efficient driving.
For all-wheel-drive systems, maintaining precise alignment ensures that power is distributed evenly across all wheels, which prevents undue strain on the drivetrain. Regular alignment checks can prolong the life of these systems and enhance your vehicle's overall reliability.
