Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I get a tune-up?
Most vehicles benefit from regular maintenance based on time and mileage guidelines in the owner’s manual. We review those recommendations and consider how you drive. Our team can suggest a schedule that helps keep your car reliable without over-servicing it.
What is included in a tune-up at your shop?
Our tune-up visits typically include a careful inspection of engine performance, ignition components, filters, and other key systems. ASE-certified technicians use diagnostic equipment and visual checks, then explain what they find. We tailor any recommendations to your specific vehicle and driving habits.
How long will my car need to stay with you?
The time needed depends on your vehicle, the type of maintenance required, and the current shop volume. We provide an estimated timeframe when you check in. If additional work is approved, we update you and offer our shuttle service when available to keep your day moving.
Will you call me before doing any extra work?
Yes. We always review our findings with you and request approval before performing any additional services. Our advisors explain what is urgent, what can wait, and how each item affects safety or performance, so you can make informed decisions about your vehicle.
Can you help if I am not sure what my car needs?
Absolutely. You can describe what you are noticing, and our team will perform an inspection to identify potential causes. We then walk you through the results in clear, simple terms and outline options, so you do not have to diagnose the issue on your own.
