Bringing your Audi in is straightforward. We use the same diagnostic equipment as manufacturers to identify issues accurately, so the service plan we present reflects what your vehicle actually needs.
1. Schedule Your Appointment
Whether scheduling online or over the phone be sure and let us know what you're experiencing so we can provide fast and accurate service advice.
2. Diagnostics and Inspections
Drop off your vehicle and the shop will get to work with inspections and diagnostics using the same equipment as the manufacturers to determine issues and next steps.
3. Digital Vehicle Inspection Report and Estimate
Following the diagnosis we will text you a digital vehicle inspection report, containing pictures and videos of our findings and recommendations.
4. Review and Approval
A service advisor will reach out to walk you through the findings and recommendations to determine how you would like to proceed, or you can approve work directly in your DVI.
5. Work Performed or Scheduled
Most work can be completed immediately, or scheduled based on parts and customer availability.
Turbocharged engines, common across Audi’s lineup, depend on clean, properly maintained oil to keep turbocharger components running reliably. Regular oil changes are one of the most important services you can schedule for your Audi.
Signs Your Audi Needs Professional Attention
Some warning signs are easy to spot. A check engine light, an unfamiliar noise from the engine or brakes, or a noticeable drop in fuel efficiency are all reasons to schedule an inspection.
If your Audi feels different behind the wheel than it usually does, don’t wait. Changes in handling, braking response, or acceleration can signal issues that are often easier and less costly to address before they progress.
Norman Audi owners can also take advantage of our free concierge vehicle pick-up and drop-off service within a 10-mile radius of the shop (some exceptions apply). If you carry extended warranty coverage, bring it in. We work with all major third-party warranty providers. Call (405) 393-9107 to schedule your Audi service at Christian Brothers Automotive Norman today.
Turbocharged engines depend on a properly maintained oil supply for both lubrication and cooling. When oil degrades between changes, turbocharger components can wear faster and can develop faults that aren’t immediately obvious to the driver. If your Audi has been running longer than the recommended interval between oil changes, that’s the first place to start.
Audi’s electrical and infotainment systems can generate dashboard warnings that look similar to mechanical alerts but require OEM-level diagnostic software to interpret correctly. A warning light that doesn’t correspond to an obvious mechanical symptom is worth having scanned with OEM-level diagnostic software rather than cleared and ignored. Identifying the source early can help keep a minor fault from compounding into a larger repair.
