Christian Brothers Automotive Honored with 2025 Franchise Innovation Award

Christian Brothers Automotive Honored with 2025 Franchise Innovation Award
| By: Christian Brothers Automotive

We’re proud to share that Christian Brothers Automotive has been recognized by Franchise Update Media in its 7th annual Franchise Innovation Awards, a program that celebrates forward-thinking franchisors who are driving progress and setting new standards in the industry, during the recent Franchise Customer Experience Conference (FCXC25).

Franchise innovators, game-changers, and disruptors competed in four categories: Marketing & Branding, Products & Services, Operations, and Human Resources. Sixteen winners were chosen from among the four categories. Out of more than 80 impressive entries, our team was awarded with the Most Innovative Service Introduction for our new Care+ extended warranty service.

A special shoutout to Kate Gardiner, CBA's Director of Regional and Local Marketing, who presented and accepted the award on behalf of CBA. This is a true honor that reflects the hard work, creativity, and commitment our Franchisees and Support Center have put into this product.
We’re humbled to be in the company of so many inspiring brands and grateful for the opportunity to share our story with the larger franchising community.
