What to Expect During Your Alignment Visit
We base each recommendation on your vehicle’s measurements and condition. Before work begins, you’ll receive clear information about our findings, the proposed service, and pricing.
1. Describe the Driving Concern
Tell us whether the vehicle pulls, requires frequent steering correction, shows uneven tire wear, or has an off-center steering wheel. A recent pothole impact, curb strike, or collision can also help guide our inspection.
2. Inspect & Measure
We provide a digital vehicle inspection with clear explanations. Your visit may include inspecting relevant components and measuring the wheel angles against manufacturer specifications.
3. Review & Approve Service
We’ll discuss the results and recommend the service that fits your vehicle’s needs. You’ll know what work we recommend and how much it will cost before approving an adjustment.
1. Schedule Your Appointment
Whether scheduling online or over the phone be sure and let us know what you're experiencing so we can provide fast and accurate service advice.
2. Diagnostics and Inspections
Drop off your vehicle and the shop will get to work with inspections and diagnostics using the same equipment as the manufacturers to determine issues and next steps.
3. Digital Vehicle Inspection Report and Estimate
Following the diagnosis we will text you a digital vehicle inspection report, containing pictures and videos of our findings and recommendations.
4. Review and Approval
A service advisor will reach out to walk you through the findings and recommendations to determine how you would like to proceed, or you can approve work directly in your DVI.
5. Work Performed or Scheduled
Most work can be completed immediately, or scheduled based on parts and customer availability.

Signs Your Vehicle May Need an Alignment
Pothole impacts, curb strikes, collisions, and normal wear can move wheel angles outside their intended specifications. The change isn’t always visible, but you may notice its effects while driving or inspecting the tires.
Common alignment warning signs include:
- The vehicle pulls left or right on a level road.
- The steering wheel sits crooked while the vehicle travels straight.
- The tire tread wears more heavily along one edge.
- The vehicle requires frequent steering correction to remain on course.
Alignment vs. Wheel Balancing
Alignment and wheel balancing address different concerns. Alignment corrects wheel angles, while balancing corrects uneven weight distribution in the tire and wheel assembly. Because some symptoms overlap, an inspection can identify which service addresses the cause.
How Wheel Angles Affect Vehicle Tracking
Alignment measurements focus on three primary angles: caster, camber, and toe. Each affects how the vehicle steers, tracks, or places its tires against the road.
The primary alignment angles are:
- Caster: The forward or backward tilt of the steering axis, which affects steering stability and cornering balance.
- Camber: The inward or outward tilt of a tire when viewed from the front, which affects how evenly the tread contacts the road.
- Toe: The direction the tires point inward or outward when viewed from above.
Computerized measurements show whether these angles meet the vehicle manufacturer’s requirements. Correcting them when appropriate can promote even tire wear, predictable handling, and smoother tracking.
Request Your Alignment Evaluation
