Frequently Asked Questions
Is it safe to keep driving if my car overheats?
It is usually not safe to keep driving an overheating car. High engine temperatures can cause serious internal damage. It is often best to pull over safely, shut the engine off, let it cool, and contact our team for guidance on what to do next.
How will I know if I need radiator repair or full replacement?
Our technicians inspect the radiator and cooling system, then explain what they find. If damage or corrosion is limited, repair may be appropriate. If the radiator is badly clogged or deteriorated, replacement is often the more reliable option. We review both choices with you before any work begins.
How long does radiator repair usually take at your shop?
Many radiator repairs can be completed within the same business day, depending on parts availability and overall vehicle condition. More involved work, such as full replacement, can take longer. We discuss timing with you after our inspection, so you know what to expect and can plan your day.
Do you offer a warranty on radiator work?
Yes, covered radiator and cooling system work is backed by an industry-leading warranty. This reflects our confidence in our workmanship and parts. Our team explains how the warranty applies to your specific repair, so you understand the protection you have after leaving our shop.
Can I wait at your shop while my radiator is serviced?
You are welcome to wait in our lobby while we inspect or service your vehicle. If your schedule makes waiting difficult, we also provide complimentary shuttle service, subject to availability. Our goal is to make radiator service as convenient as possible for your day.
