Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if my suspension is unsafe?
If your vehicle feels hard to control, takes longer to stop, or bounces excessively, it may not be safe. Our technicians can inspect shocks, struts, and related components, then explain which issues affect safety right away and which items can sometimes be monitored.
Do you explain shocks and struts repairs before starting?
Yes, we review our inspection findings with you in clear language before any work begins. We explain why we recommend shocks or struts repairs, show you worn parts when we can, and provide an estimate. We wait for your approval before moving forward.
How long does a typical suspension appointment take?
Time varies with what your vehicle needs. An inspection alone is usually shorter, while suspension work often takes longer due to part access and testing. We discuss timing when you schedule and offer shuttle service for many appointments to help you plan your day.
What kind of warranty do you offer on suspension work?
We back our suspension work with an industry-leading warranty that reflects our confidence in the parts and workmanship we provide. Specific terms can vary, and our team will explain how coverage applies to your shocks, struts, or other suspension repairs at the time of service.
Can I wait to replace worn shocks or struts?
It depends on how worn they are and how they affect safety and tire wear. During your visit, we explain what we see and whether waiting could cause additional problems. Our goal is to give you honest guidance so you can decide what timing works best.
