Frequently Asked Questions
Can you tell me if I need tire repair or a full replacement?
Yes. We inspect the tire’s tread, damage location, and overall condition, then explain what we find. If safe repair is possible, we tell you. If replacement is the better option, we show you why and review choices so you can decide with confidence.
How long does tire replacement usually take at your shop?
Most tire replacement visits fit within part of a morning or afternoon, depending on how many tires we are changing and your vehicle type. We provide a realistic time estimate at check-in and offer a complimentary shuttle so you can keep your day moving.
Will you explain tire options and prices before doing any work?
Yes. We review your tire options, explain the differences in clear language, and go over written estimates before any work begins. Our goal is to remove surprises, give you clear pricing, and help you choose what fits your driving needs and budget.
What kind of warranty do you offer on tire services?
Our tire services are supported by an industry-leading warranty on the work we perform. During your visit, we explain what is covered and how it works in everyday terms. This warranty reflects the confidence our team has in the quality of our workmanship.
Can I wait at your shop if I have a flat tire emergency?
Yes. You are welcome to wait in our comfortable lobby while we inspect and service your tire. If you prefer to leave, we can arrange a complimentary shuttle in the local area so you can handle other responsibilities while your vehicle is in our care.

Q. "How often should you rotate your tires?"As a general rule of thumb, we recommend rotating your tires every 5,000 - 6,000 miles (although your driving style and vehicle types should also be taken into consideration). Rotating front and rear tires helps to ensure your tread wears down more evenly, optimizing your tire performance and extending its lifespan.
-
Q. "How do I tell if I need my tires rotated?"If you notice uneven wear across your tires or vibrations when driving, it may be time for a rotation.
-
Q. "How long should my tires last?"Your tire’s lifetime in mileage will depend on your maintenance and driving habits. Your tires could last up to 60,000 miles if you take good care of them, but this mileage will decrease if you don’t perform regular tire rotations.
-
Q. "How do tire rotations make my tires last longer?"Tire rotations help prevent uneven wear amongst your tires. Thus, improving the lifespan and preventing any handling issues from a worn-out tire.
-
Q. "What is a Digital Vehicle Inspection?"With a complimentary Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) on every visit, you’ll see firsthand photos of your vehicle from under the hood. You can even approve or deny our service recommendations, all straight from your smartphone, or you can, of course, give us a call and we’ll explain our findings in further detail.
-
