FAQs
How often should I schedule a car tune-up?
Most manufacturers recommend a tune-up every 30,000 miles, but your owner’s manual may suggest a different interval. We help you find the best schedule based on how and where you drive.
What are some signs my car might need a tune-up?
Watch for changes such as lower gas mileage, hard starts, rough idling, or a check engine light. A professional inspection can catch these issues early.
Does a tune-up include an oil change?
Oil service and a full tune-up often overlap, but we always check your records and notify you if it’s time for an oil change as part of your scheduled visit.
Will a car tune-up help me pass Indiana’s emissions test?
If your vehicle struggles to meet local emissions standards due to worn parts or inefficient combustion, a tune-up can improve performance and may help you meet inspection requirements.
How long does a car tune-up usually take?
Most tune-ups take a few hours, depending on your car and which services are needed. Our team will provide an estimated completion time at drop-off or when you schedule.
