Bringing your car in shouldn’t feel uncertain. Our process starts with a complimentary inspection so our technicians can find the root cause of any issue. From there, we explain exactly what’s wrong and how we can fix it before a single repair begins. No surprises, no pressure.
1. Schedule Your Appointment
Whether scheduling online or over the phone be sure and let us know what you're experiencing so we can provide fast and accurate service advice.
2. Diagnostics and Inspections
Drop off your vehicle and the shop will get to work with inspections and diagnostics using the same equipment as the manufacturers to determine issues and next steps.
3. Digital Vehicle Inspection Report and Estimate
Following the diagnosis we will text you a digital vehicle inspection report, containing pictures and videos of our findings and recommendations.
4. Review and Approval
A service advisor will reach out to walk you through the findings and recommendations to determine how you would like to proceed, or you can approve work directly in your DVI.
5. Work Performed or Scheduled
Most work can be completed immediately, or scheduled based on parts and customer availability.
Locally Owned, Neighbor-Focused Service
Our owner/operators are on-site every day, which means you’re dealing with someone who has a personal stake in your experience. When your vehicle needs service, we take the time to explain what it needs in plain language, without technical jargon. We’re proud to be rooted in the Concord community, and we live by the principle “love your neighbor as yourself” (Matthew 22:39). That’s not a slogan. It’s how we do business.
What BMW Owners Should Know About Their Vehicles
BMW vehicles are built with turbocharged engines and advanced electronic control systems that require accurate diagnostics to service properly. Many models also include adaptive suspension and precision drivetrain components where general-purpose tools fall short. The onboard computer systems in most modern BMWs are highly sophisticated, which is why thorough diagnostic scanning matters before any repair decision is made.
If something feels off, don’t wait. Our complimentary shuttle service means you can drop your vehicle off and get on with your day. Call (980) 372-7213 or stop by Christian Brothers Automotive Concord Coddle Creek to schedule your visit.
Routine BMW Maintenance Items
Staying ahead of maintenance keeps a BMW performing the way it was designed to. Most service intervals include oil changes using manufacturer-approved synthetic oil, brake fluid flushes, and cooling system service. These aren’t optional extras: they’re the foundation of long-term reliability.
Run-flat tires are standard on many BMW models. They wear differently than conventional tires and need regular monitoring since they don’t always signal pressure loss the way a standard tire does. Electronic warning lights are also common on BMWs given their sophisticated onboard systems. When one appears, an accurate diagnostic scan is the right first step.
