Christian Brothers Automotive Best Communication Ever “i was blown away by the communication. I got a text before I left the property saying my car had been put into the system. Got another text when it was pulled into the shop with the name of the mechanic. third text came after an evaluation was made with both "need" and "good" points noted. I had one "need" point and had to give my approval b4 they would do that work. they also provided a firm total quote for that work. there were educational videos related to some basic engine matters on the text. when they finished I received a phone call.
