Talk to Ken & Karen About Your Fleet
Fleet service works best as a relationship, not a transaction. Ken and Karen Titcomb are on-site and ready to discuss your fleet’s specific needs, whether you operate two vehicles or twenty. We can build a plan around your schedule and keep you informed at every step.
Call Christian Brothers Automotive Savage at (952) 592-5020 or schedule online to get started.
What Our Fleet Services Cover
Our fleet services in Savage span the full range of maintenance and repair your vehicles need to stay operational. Rather than responding to breakdowns after they happen, we work proactively with fleet managers to build customized service plans tailored to each fleet’s usage patterns and operational schedule.
Covered services include:
- Routine maintenance: Oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements
- Brake inspections and service
- Engine diagnostics and repair
- Transmission services
- Cooling system service
- Alignment
- Electrical system repairs
We provide advance notice when scheduled maintenance is coming due so you can plan around vehicle availability. Most repair work can be completed on the same visit. Work that requires ordered parts is scheduled around parts availability and your team’s timeline.
How Fleet Communication Works
After diagnostics, a service advisor contacts the fleet manager directly to walk through findings and recommendations before any work begins. The DVI report arrives by text, so approvals can happen remotely and quickly. Every completed service visit includes a detailed, itemized receipt to support your internal record-keeping and maintenance budgets. We provide proactive updates throughout the repair process as well, which is particularly useful for businesses in Savage, Burnsville, and Prior Lake managing vehicles across multiple drivers or departments.
Who Benefits from a Managed Fleet Program
Fleet services differ from standard retail auto repair in that customized service plans are built around your operational schedule, not walk-in availability. Local, governmental, and commercial organizations with as few as two or three vehicles can benefit. A managed maintenance program reduces administrative overhead and helps support scheduled service across the fleet.
Working with a full-service shop that handles everything from oil changes to engine diagnostics also eliminates the need to split your fleet across multiple specialty shops, simplifying both scheduling and record-keeping.
