Following the diagnosis we will text you a digital vehicle inspection report, containing pictures and videos of our findings and recommendations.
4. Review and Approval
A service advisor will reach out to walk you through the findings and recommendations to determine how you would like to proceed, or you can approve work directly in your DVI.
5. Work Performed or Scheduled
Most work can be completed immediately, or scheduled based on parts and customer availability.

The hydraulic power steering system lets you turn your vehicle with a fraction of the physical effort it would otherwise take, using hydraulic pressure to assist the movement of the wheels. How a Hydraulic Power Steering System Works
The power steering pump pressurizes steering fluid and delivers that hydraulic force to assist you in turning the wheels. The power steering belt drives the pump directly off the engine, so a worn or cracked belt reduces pump output and can cause the system to underperform or fail entirely. Fluid is the medium that carries that pressure, and over time it picks up contaminants and degrades. Degraded fluid transmits pressure less effectively and forces the pump to compensate, accelerating wear on components that are expensive to replace.
Addressing the fluid through a power steering fluid flush is one of the more cost-effective steps in keeping the system healthy. Replacing contaminated fluid before it damages the pump is considerably less involved than replacing the pump itself.
