2. Diagnostics and Inspections
Drop off your vehicle and the shop will get to work with inspections and diagnostics using the same equipment as the manufacturers to determine issues and next steps.
3. Digital Vehicle Inspection Report and Estimate
Following the diagnosis we will text you a digital vehicle inspection report, containing pictures and videos of our findings and recommendations.
4. Review and Approval
A service advisor will reach out to walk you through the findings and recommendations to determine how you would like to proceed, or you can approve work directly in your DVI.
5. Work Performed or Scheduled
Most work can be completed immediately, or scheduled based on parts and customer availability.
Frequently driving your car with little fuel can harm your engine over time because the gasoline at the bottom of your tank is usually the dirtiest. When this part is used for fuel, you run a higher risk of dirt reaching your fuel line and engine.

Understanding the Warning Signs of Engine Trouble
Staying vigilant about your vehicle's performance is key to catching potential issues early. While a fluid leak is a common indicator, it’s not the only one. Any changes in how your car sounds, smells, or drives should be taken seriously. Pay close attention to the following signs that your engine might be in need of professional care:
- Warning Lights: The check engine light is your vehicle’s most important warning signal. When it illuminates, it means the onboard diagnostic system has found an issue. Don’t ignore it—it could be a sign of a failing sensor, a problem with the emissions system, or something more serious.
- Unusual Noises: Listen for strange sounds from the engine bay. A knocking or rattling sound could indicate issues with internal components, a high-pitched squeal might signal a worn belt, and a hissing noise often points to a vacuum leak. These noises should always be investigated.
- Changes in Performance: A noticeable drop in power, a rough or shaky idle, or frequent stalling are all clear signs of an engine problem. These could be caused by anything from a clogged fuel filter to issues with the ignition system.
- Excessive Smoke: The color of your exhaust can indicate a lot about your engine’s health. Blue smoke suggests that oil is burning, white smoke can point to a coolant leak, and black smoke often indicates a rich fuel mixture.
